Karen is responsible for monitoring and oversight of the daily Scranton Products Customer Service team activities. Through her leadership, she drives an environment that promotes customer loyalty through an improved customer experience. 

Prior joining The AZEK Company, Karen served as Sales Supervisor for Macy’s Department store, Director of Administration for Shoener Environmental Consultants and Dean, Public Safety Training & Special Initiatives at Luzerne County Community College. Karen holds a PhD, Workforce Education & Development from Pennsylvania State University.
