Online Configurator Server Upgrade
We are experiencing a system outage with our Configurator system preventing dealers from accessing it directly. However, our internal team is still able to generate quotes and process all orders as necessary to meet your schedules. Internally our systems are fully operational. The system issue is only occurring for users outside of our physical location.
While we correct this issue, we are using this as an opportunity to upgrade our system which will improve the Configurator’s stability and effectiveness once complete. We will notify you once this process is complete.
In the meantime, please send all quote requests, PO’s and releases to the order mailbox for your area. To release a job you originally drew in the Configurator, please send a copy of the quote and PO directly to the orders mailbox, and we can retrieve it. If you experience any issues, please contact your Customer Service Advocate directly and they will resolve it.
This upgrade will not have any impact on office or production lead times.
