Eclipse Partitions Installer Certification Requirement

We recognize that installation is a key component for a successful job and customer satisfaction.  New products, such as Eclipse Partitions, can sometime pose challenges because they are new and unfamiliar.  To help us ensure satisfaction with Eclipse Partition installations, we are implementing a policy which will require all Eclipse Partition installers to be certified.

Eclipse Partition jobs that are quoted on or after 6/9/17 will be required to be installed by a certified installer.  The installer will need to be documented prior to fabrication of the job.  The process to become certified is very easy, can be completed anywhere there is a computer or iPad and internet access, and takes only about 30 minutes.

For Eclipse Partition jobs that were quoted before 6/9/17, we are strongly encouraging dealers to identify a certified installer to complete the installation process, but it will not be required.
 
In both cases, we will be sending out the required documentation with all quotes and order acknowledgements outlining the requirements and providing you with the necessary paperwork to complete and return to us.

Also by providing us with the installer information prior to the installation, our Eclipse technician will reach out to the installer to review the installation plan and provide necessary support to ensure a smooth, efficient installation.  We appreciate your help and are confident by working together all parties will have a great experience with Eclipse Partitions.
